Craftsman Style Plate Rack

This plate rack was inspired by and looks at home alongside craftsman style furniture. In the past, I have made this project with traditional woodworking joinery, i.e. mortises, tenons, and dowels. However, I had to ship this particular plate rack across the country and thus shipping it at its fully assembled size was cost prohibitive. Thus I did a redesign of all the connections with modern knock down furniture connections that are all hidden. A magnetic catch was also used to hold the plate retainers in place.
